We are pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Grew as Group General Manager of Joii Limited.
Steve brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, including construction and property development, manufacturing, automotive, marine, retail, commercial sales and multi-site operations.
Throughout his career, Steve has led complex business operations with a strong focus on commercial growth, operational performance, business transformation, sales development, project delivery and building high-performing teams.
His experience includes managing large-scale operational environments, developing new business divisions, overseeing P&L performance, improving productivity and efficiency, managing strategic customer and supplier relationships, and delivering significant revenue growth through operational optimisation.
Steve also brings extensive experience in property development and project management, having managed residential and commercial developments from planning and approvals through to construction, procurement, contractor management and completion.
At Joii, Steve will be responsible for supporting the continued growth and development of the Group, strengthening operational and commercial performance, identifying new opportunities and helping build sustainable business platforms that support Joii’s broader social enterprise objectives.
