As a Joii Social Enterprise, we’re more than a landscaping company,  we’re a team with purpose. Through the  Second Chance Program, we provide employment, training, and support to people who’ve faced barriers to work, including those who are long-term unemployed, troubled youth, or individuals seeking a fresh start.
