Joii Limited 2 Year Social Impact Report

Reflecting on Two Years of Impact: Joii’s Journey of Creating Opportunity

At Joii, our mission is simple but powerful: Creating Opportunity for those who need it most. Over the past two years, this mission has come to life through impactful partnerships, innovative programs, and above all, the courage and resilience of the individuals we support.

Our 2-Year Social Impact Report is more than a collection of numbers,  it’s a celebration of people, possibility, and purpose.

🌱 Growing Impact: The Second Chance Program
Since its inception, the Second Chance Program has become a cornerstone of Joii’s social impact. Designed to support people facing significant barriers to employment including long-term unemployed individuals, youth at risk, and those with disabilities – the program has delivered:

✅ Over 900 second chances

✅ 280+ employment outcomes

✅ A 70%+ job placement rate

✅ 99% business partner satisfaction

✅ A projected $47.7 million community benefit

✅ $5 million self-funded investment over 5 years

These outcomes aren’t just statistics — they represent real people finding purpose, stability, and new beginnings.

💼 Partnerships That Power Change
From collaborations with the Queensland Government and Logan City Council to strong support from employers like Torsion Homes, our ecosystem of partners has been instrumental in helping participants move into meaningful employment.

Programs like the Payment by Outcomes Trial with White Box Enterprises and the Financial Wellbeing Program have also helped shape the wraparound supports that give our participants the best chance of long-term success.

🏠 Projects with Purpose
One standout highlight was the landscaping work completed by our Social Impact Landscaping team at Jinndii Waijung, a safe housing project for young mothers and their children delivered in partnership with the Lady Musgrave Trust. The project not only offered a chance to give back to the community, but also provided valuable skills and confidence to our team members.

📸 Real Stories, Real Change
From Colin, who transitioned from our landscaping team into a forklift role, to Tyla, now working full-time in roadside maintenance, our graduates are living proof of what’s possible when opportunity meets support. Their journeys remind us that with the right tools, anyone can build a better future.

“These success stories are more than outcomes – they’re milestones in the lives of individuals rewriting their futures.”
